Refund policy

We want you to love your Velvet Nib purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at NLuettgen@VelvetNib.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Ink cartridges and pen refills are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
